Brilla Community Celebration
We are delighted to announce the triumphant return of the Brilla Community Celebration! After a long hiatus due to the pandemic, this year’s celebration was a resounding success. The event brought together families, friends, and neighbors for an afternoon of celebration. The Brilla Community Celebration was a joyous occasion that rekindled our collective spirit and unity. The overwhelming participation and support from all of you made it an unforgettable experience. We look forward to making next year’s celebration even more spectacular!
High School Placement
We are proud to report outstanding achievements in our high school placement results this year. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our students, teachers, and parents, a record number of Brilla’s middle school students have been accepted into their preferred high schools. The 2023-2024 school year saw the highest number of private school, specialized high school, and FAA high school placements to date, including six students accepted into specialized high schools and multiple scholarships. Additionally, the Class of 2024 has secured $1.54MM in scholarship and financial aid (up from $1.38MM for the Class of 2023). Additionally, 52% of our 8th-grade students were accepted into Catholic high schools, with nearly all students receiving multiple offers.
These achievements highlight the effectiveness of our middle school program and the collective efforts of the whole Brilla community. This accomplishment reflects our commitment to academic excellence and the nurturing environment we provide for our young learners from the time they walk into one of our schools to the time they graduate. Congratulations to all the students and their families on this significant milestone! We are confident that you will continue to excel and make us proud in your new academic journeys.
