As we swung open our doors for the First Day of School, the atmosphere was charged with joy and anticipation. Our new Brilla College Prep Middle School building at Alexander Ave in the heart of the South Bronx radiated beauty and vibrancy, mirroring the enthusiasm of the families and students who explored its corridors. Similarly, Brilla Paterson witnessed a day of jubilation and connection at our new school, Brilla over the Bridge. The presence of our beloved mascot “Pattie” added an extra layer of spirit to the day.
